Air-Soft Pistol Confiscated, Man Arrested In Convenience Store Hold-Up

A 23 year old Barrie man has been charged with Weapons Dangerous, Utter Threats and more after a hold-up at a convenience store on Dunlop Street West. Police say a man, armed with a handgun and wearing a mask, entered the store just after midnight Wednesday and demanded cash and cigarettes. the clerk complied and the suspect fled on foot. He was tracked down a short time later on Wellington Street. Police seized an air-soft pistol at the time of arrest.
