UPDATE: Clerk Hurt During Convenience Store Hold-Up in South Barrie

Barrie Police are looking for two men after a convenience store clerk was roughed up during a hold-up late Thursday night. The masked men, armed with guns and knives, knocked off the Hasty Market at Mapleview and Marsellus. The victim says he was struck with a gun when the suspects were unable to open the cash register. It’s believed they escaped in a silver Honda Civic that had been reported stolen in the GTA. The suspects are described as:

  • Male, white
  • 6’0 – 6’1”
  • Medium build
  • Armed with a black knife
  • Wearing a blue hoodie, black pants and wearing a white mask covering his face and black gloves.

And,

  • Male, black
  • 5’10”
  • Thin build
  • Armed with a handgun
  • Wearing a green jacket with black shoulder patches, dark pants and white scarf/bandana covering his face.
