Assault with a Hot Beverage in Midland? Police say a 56-year-old faces criminal charges after an argument at a local apartment complex escalated to the point where hot coffee was thrown at a victim. It happened Tuesday evening, police say the argument was over access to the complex. An Assault with a Weapon charge has been laid.
