According to a new survey, 62% of single women who have a cat think it just might be standing in the way of their love life.
23% are legitimately worried that people they date will assume they’re a “crazy cat lady.” And 21% won’t mention their cat on the first date. The truth is, something may be holding back your love life, but it’s not your cat.
Half of men say they have no problem dating someone with a cat, 25% really like when a woman owns a cat and 10% say a cat would actually make them more excited to date someone. Only 6% of men have a negative opinion of a woman with a cat.
