Looks like Dr. Phil is going to need a lawyer!
Dr. Phil hit a skateboarder with her Mercedes last Friday near Universal studios.
The incident happened when Dr. Phil tried to pass a van, hitting a man in his 20’s who was legal crossing the street at a cross walk. According to reports the skateboard recognized him and said he was fine. Surveillance footage shows the Dr. Phil was at fault and now the skateboarder is suing.
