Drunk Driving Charge Laid in Bradford

A concerned citizen helped take a suspected drunk driver off the road. South Simcoe Police were contacted about a possible impaired motorist on Highway 27 near the Bradford area last night. A short time later, officers were able to track down the suspect vehicle leaving an establishment, and say they could tell the driver had been drinking. After a roadside test didn’t go so well for the guy, police took the 52-year-old suspect back to the stationhouse to be charged with Impaired Driving.
