Ending Door-To-Door Mail Delivery Okay With Most Canadians

Federal Government-Sponsored Survey Indicates 2/3 of Canadians Wouldn't Mind

About two thirds of us Canadians are just fine with ending door-to-door mail delivery. That’s the gist of a Liberal government-sponsored survey that says most are fine with transitioning to community mailboxes in urban and suburban areas.  The poll also suggests most of us don’t check our mail every day and Canadians are overall satisfied with the service they receive from Canada Post. The survey was commissioned as part of the Trudeau government’s campaign vow to review a 2013 Harper administration decision to end door to door delivery.
