Donate To The Food Bank

The Barrie Food Bank kicked off their Thanksgiving Food Drive last week. Their goal is to raise 150 thousand pounds of food and $100,000 in donations, but the need is high all year round as more than 3000 local families visited the food bank in the past year.

"We except everything you would put into your own cart," Peter Sundborg Executive Director of the Barrie Food Bank.

The Barrie Food Bank excepts fresh food and bathroom essentials.

Become A Big Brother/Big Sister

This is a commitment you should make if you’re ready to keep, but the fact is there are a lot of kids in our community in need of mentoring. Everyone who signs up to be a mentor says the same thing – you sign up to help a kid, but you’ll be surprised by how much the kids help you.
