While my kid’s school is working to include more Halloween celebrations, now allowing grade 1’s to dress up (dress up use to start in grade three)…. One elementary school in Connecticut is canceling Halloween celebration plans over safety concerns and out of respect for the religious and cultural beliefs of children who are excluded from the festivities. The decision isn’t sitting well with all parents.
I can’t image if this rule was brought to Barrie? Thoughts?
