Kool FM Visited The Barrie Blood Donor Clinic For A Group Donation
Canadian Blood Services kicked off their December Days Of Giving on Tuesday, and Kool FM along with our sister station Rock 95 was on hand.
It all started with Dale Smith. Dale is a regular donor (he goes to the clinic every 56 days, as often as he can). He challenged us all to step up to the plate and donate.
Dale is absolutely right – many people don’t realize just how important the need for blood is. Blood and blood products are a critical part of everyday medical care including major surgeries, medical procedures, cancer treatments and managing disease.
