Last Weekend for City of Barrie Lifeguards
Life Vest Loaner Program Also On Hiatus Until Next Year
You know summertime is winding down when beach lifeguards start packing it in. Today’s the last full day they’ll be on duty at City of Barrie beaches, while the buoy lines will remain in the water until the end of the long weekend. They’ll also be packing in the life vest loaner program down at the beach too, after over 180 people made use of it at Centennial and Johnson’s Beaches this summer.
