Monitoring Device Cut Off

A Barrie teenager is in a lot of trouble after he faked out police to gain a little bit of freedom. Barrie Police say the 19 year old had already gotten himself in some hot water and was required to wear a monitoring device as a condition of his release. BUT authorities discovered the ankle bracelet had been cut off. SO he is now facing additional charges.
