Tennis champ Martina Navratilova is facing yet another divorce, this time from longtime companion Toni Layton, PerezHilton.com has learned.
It's been a messy separation, with Navratilova forcibly removing Layton from their shared residence and denying Layton access to her belongings, resulting in Layton hiring Linda Hogan's ironclad divorce attorney.
If it's a messy separation, it's going to be an even messier divorce which promises "many dark secrets from Navratilova's past and present life will come out in court, such as the intrigue surrounding arch-rival Chris Evert, the incestuous nature of The Women's Tennis Association, former lovers, improprieties between business associates, and more."

The 2001 print run was stopped after Hepburn's son, Sean Ferrer, objected to the image of the cigarette holder in Hepburn's mouth from the film Breakfast at Tiffany's.

TOUGH TIMES
In these rough economic times, it's hard to put on a happy face, let alone a pretty assortment of Sweetface.
Jennifer Lopez is temporarily pulling the plug on her 6-year-old brand of high-end sportswear and accessories (aka about-town clothes to suit the diva within), WWD.com reports.
Sweetface's spring 2009 collection, which is currently in stores, will be the brand's last—until the rebuilding period is over, that is.
"In light of new company strategies, we have decided to put the Sweetface line on hiatus while we prepare to reintroduce the brand in the near future with new messaging points and an entirely new fashion point of view," the company said in a statement.
This bit of strategery takes the Wedding Planner star out of the fashion business in the U.S. Her JLO by Jennifer Lopez line is currently only sold internationally.
SUIN' MAD
Perez Hilton is ready to eat his peas and then some.
Hollywood's most hated gossip hound has filed a lawsuit claiming he suffered a black eye and "emotional distress" at the hands of the Black Eyed Peas tour manager during a Monday morning smackdown in Toronto.
In his complaint filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court under his legal name of Mario Lavendeira, the blogger says he was beaten up by 36-year-old Polo Molina following a dispute with will.i.am and Fergie over the artistic merits of the Peas' new album, The E.N.D. Hilton also claims his civil rights were violated by Molina's actions.
THOUGHT IT WOULD LAST FOREVER
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are over.
A publicist for the actress and former MTV VJ, confirmed to E! News that she and the 98 Degrees alum "have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another."
The 28-year-old Minnillo first hooked up with the 35-year-old Lachey in 2006 after meeting on a shoot for his music video for "What's Left of Me." She had just ended her three-year romance with New York Yankees slugger Derek Jeter and he had just gotten divorced from singer Jessica Simpson.
Despite the good times and talk about even settling down together, Minnillo and Lachey had been dogged in recent months by persistent rumors that they were on the outs.
MORE OSCAR
It's a year too late for The Dark Knight, but maybe those Hangover guys will have something extra special to celebrate.
This year's Best Picture field will be expanded to 10 contenders, the Academy Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced today.
The move could mean typically overlooked genres like sci-fi, comedy and animation could get a crack at the big prize—and could spell good news for this year's biggest hits, Star Trek, The Hangover and Up.
While the Best Picture category, like the rest of the Oscar fields, has traditionally been limited to five nominees, it hasn't always been so.
During the early years of the Oscars, there were 10 nominees, up until Casablanca beat back nine rivals at the 16th Academy Awards at the 1943 ceremony.
Today's announcement comes as the Academy continues to mark the 70th anniversary of "Hollywood's Greatest Year"—1939 saw the release of such classic films as Best Picture winner Gone With the Wind, along with The Wizard of Oz, Stagecoach, Wuthering Heights, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and Goodbye, Mr. Chips.
Nominations for the 82nd Academy Awards will be announced Feb. 2, 2010, with the ceremony set March 7.
