Happy Days ahead for Scott Baio!
Scott was accused earlier this year of sexually molesting his 80’s TV co-star Nicole Eggert when she was a minor.
Through this entire process, Baio maintained he only had sex with Eggert once, after she turned 18, and insisted it was all consensual. The Los Angeles County District Attorney has officially closed the sexual assault case against actor Scott Baio.
