Sentencing Handed Down In 40 Year Old Barrie Homicide Case

Michael Traynor was killed in 1978

Eight years in prison for Donald Feldhoff for the 1978 killing of Michael Traynor of Barrie. He was sentenced to six-and-a-half years for Manslaughter and 18 months for Interfering With A Dead Body. Traynor’s body was found tied with wire and dumped in a field in what is now Springwater Township. Feldhoff turned himself in to Barrie Police in 2012. he has also been sentenced to six months on a child pornography-related matter.
