There’s a puppy paradise- and its not that far away…..
On Providenciales, an island that’s part of Turks & Caicos, dog rescue organisation Potcake Place has sorted out a way for visitors to hang out with puppies on the beach.
Potcake Place brings island visitors puppy joy by rescuing stray pups off the streets and caring for them with a team of volunteer staff.
Dogs cared for by Potcake Place are known on the island as potcakes, named after residents gave the puppies pots of mixed peas and rice!
Potcake Place usually has around 50 to 70 puppies in its care – all up for adoption should anyone fall madly in love with their favourite pooch.
