Nurses told Metro.co.uk some of the shocking ways patients have brought in their urine and stool samples.
For example, a stool sample was brought in in an “Utterly Butterly” tub packed full to the brim….
-One patient used a black garbage bag, while another filled up a shampoo bottle which provided a very bubbly urine sample-as the bottle wasn’t totally rinsed out!
Another nurse revealed that she was baffled when a 2-litre Pepsi bottle was completely filled, while they only required a few drops of pee…
Baby food jars, ice cream tub and mouthwash bottles where also used.
