Township Says New Ones Are More Efficient
Springwater wants to spruce up the community’s water meters. The township says they’re kicking off a water meter replacement program, with a new system said to improve the efficiency of the meter reading process. Every property using Springwater Township water supply will have to have their water meters replaced under this program. Springwater says they’ll replace the entire township’s meters in large chunks, starting with the Midhurst area. The process is expected to take four to five years to complete, and residents would need to be home for the installation.
