West Bayfield Elementary Students Invent New Blizzard Flavour For Charity
It’s not exactly the warmest of weather, but if you’re looking for a cool treat, West Bayfield Elementary has you covered. Grade 5 students there have partnered with the local Dairy Queen to invent a new Blizzard flavour, with sale proceeds going towards the David Busby Street Centre. The Strawberry Glacier ice cream treat comes with strawberries and white chocolate, topped with whipped cream. The school launches the product today, it’ll be available at the DQ on Bradford St., and the one in the Bayfield Mall, as of Monday. 100% of proceeds will go towards the Centre.
