Alan Thicke, beloved TV dad, game show host and reality star has died of a heart attack earlier today. It’s reported that Thicke was playing hockey with his teenage son Carter when he was rushed to the hospital at around noon today.

The Canadian actor had many skills including writing several television show theme songs. He wrote the theme for Diff’rent Strokes, Wheel of Fortune, and Growing Pains.
Alan Thicke was 69 years old.
