Police Claim A Dump Truck Failed To Stop At Intersection
A woman is in hospital after police say a dump truck didn’t stop. Nottawasaga OPP responded to reports of a two vehicle crash on County Road 56 at the 5th Sideroad of Essa, just north of Highway 89 around 2:00 yesterday. Investigators claim a dump truck went through a stop sign and struck an SUV driven by a 43-year-old Wasaga Beach woman. She was airlifted to Toronto hospital, while police say charges are pending.
