Arsenio Hall is suing Sinead O’Connor over comments she made about his links to Prince.   Prince wrote Nothing Compares 2 U for Sinead and has been calling out Arsenio Hall on Facebook and reported him to O’Conner stunned fans over the weekend when she alleged Prince was a “longtime hard drug user” and suggested Arsenio was his supplier. Sinead the Carver County Sheriff’s department according to sources, who are investigating Prince’s death. In his defamation lawsuit, filed on Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Arsenio denies supplying Prince with illegal substances and also dismisses her claims that he once gave her drugs. A representative for Arsenio previously shot down the allegations made by Sinead on Monday, insisting her claims were “absolutely false, ridiculous and absurd”.

 

o-ALEX-TREBEK-facebookAlex Trebek says it looks as if Canadians will soon be able to apply to compete on Jeopardy again. Changes in Canada’s digital privacy laws last year caused problems over Internet applications, but Trebek says they are being ironed out. Alex Trebek, who’s been hosting the show for more than 30 years, is in Ottawa to receive the key to the city and met Prime Minister Justin Trudeau briefly. The prime minister has praised Trebek’s financial contributions to the University of Ottawa.

 

Justin Timberlake released a new song TODAY….. The song will be featured in the New Trolls Movie (Justin voices the main character ‘Branch’ in the movie, which will be in theaters November 4th). The video (which you can check out above), features cast members from the movie including Timberlake, James Corden and Anna Kendrick! No word on whether ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling’ will appear on his upcoming studio album.

The photo, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, debuts the new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers gang — singer-songwriter Becky G as Trini, “Me and Earl and the Dying Girl” actor RJ Cyler as Billy, Naomi Scott as Kimberly, Ludi Lin as Zack and Dacre Montgomery as Jason — in modernized armor. “The show was about kids coming of age, about metamorphosis,” “Power Rangers” director Dean Israelite told EW. “These suits needed to feel like they were catalyzed by these kids and their energy, their spirit.” Like the original 90s TV series and subsequent spinoffs, the “Power Rangers” revival — set for a 2017 release — will follow a band of misfit teenagers who harness their transformative superhero abilities to fight evil alien forces like Elizabeth Banks’ Rita Repulsa.
