Attempted Abduction in Alliston
Woman Claims Guy Tried To Grab Her From Area Park
A man has been charged after an attempted abduction in Alliston. It was around 6:00 this morning, when Nottawasaga OPP say an adult woman was walking through Riverdale Park in Alliston. They say a man appeared and tried to abduct her, but she was able to escape following a brief altercation. OPP patrolled the area and were able to track down a 23-year-old man who faces charges of Forcible Confinement and Assault.
