ATV Driver Charged, Machine Impounded
Had child riding with him
On Orr Drive in Bradford, around 8 o’clock last night, A South Simcoe Police officer watched a man drive by on an ATV – no helmet and a child sitting in front of him. He pulled the man over a short distance away and detected the scent of alcohol. A 23 year old Bradford man has been charged with Impaired Driving, his licence has been suspended for 90 days and his ATV impounded.
