Backstreet’s BACK (like, actually)
If you grew up in the '90s like me, you're freaking out right now...
Rumours were circling about the Backstreet Boys returning to the music scene in a big way by doing a Las Vegas residency. Turns out those rumours were true! The boys confirmed on Friday that they’re starting their Planet Hollywood residency next year.
And then, as if that wasn’t enough excitement, they made a surprise appearance at the iHeart Radio Music Festival on Saturday night. Florida Georgia Line have been fans of the Backstreet Boys for a while – they’ve covered their songs in concert and collaborated with them on their latest album. So it was totally fitting that they brought out the Backstreet Boys for a performance of Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).
This is a perfect time for the boys to come back because pretty much everything from the ’90s is cool again like TV shows (Fuller House anyone?), chokers, and bandanas.
