Barrie GO Trains To Run A Little Faster
And Weekend Summer Service Starts Soon
GO Transit says service on the Barrie line will be faster starting June 27. Southbound trips from Allandale Station will leave five minutes later but still arrive at Union Station at the usual times. Northbound trains will leave Union Station at the same time but arrive at some stops five minutes earlier. This is due to signal upgrades and other improvements.
By the way, summer weekend GO Trains between Barrie and Toronto begin June 25.
