Barrie Police Looking For Gas Station Wallet Thief
Made off with wallet left behind by another customer
Barrie Police are tracking a suspect after a wallet was stolen from the petro Canada Station on Blake Street. Surveillance video from Novemebr 11 shows a man leaving his wallet on the counter after paying for his purchase; the woman standing behind him is seen placing the wallet in her pocket, making her pruchase and leaving the store. The suspect is described as:
- 35-40 years of age
- possibly South Asian or Middle Eastern descent
- heavy build, 5’7”
- dark hair, pulled back into a ponytail
- wearing a blue/purple sweater, dark pants and white flip flops.
