MISSING: 19 Year Old Newcomer To Barrie
Teen Last Seen in Downtown Barrie
A new resident of Barrie is missing. 19-year-old Bianca Vessel moved to town a few short months ago, and now police say the teen is missing. Bianca was last seen mid-day Tuesday, in the Simcoe and Dunlop Streets area. She is described as:
- white female
- 5’5″, around 120lbs
- long, straight blonde hair
- blue eyes
