You’ve heard these phone scams where someone calls claiming to be from Canada Revenue demanding money? Well, the OPP say they’ve caught a guy trying to pull off this scheme. A report came in from Brossard, Quebec from a victim claiming to have lost about $10,000 to someone pretending to be from the CRA back in June. Investigation lead police to a house in Bracebridge, where a 23-year-old man was taken into custody and charged with Theft and Fraud.
