Call To Police Could Have Saved A Life

Man Armed With Gun Taken Into Custody

A call to an Innisfil home came to a peaceful end last night. South Simcoe Police were called by a 21 year old man who advised them his brother was in the house armed with a gun. And that he planned on shooting the next person who walked through the door. Police were able to resolve the situation with the use of tactical communications. The young man was taken into custody under the Mental Health Act.
