Canadian Mission In Iraq May be Extended
Final decision expected soon
Some chatter Ottawa will extend Canada’s military mission in Iraq by several months as the fight for Mosul continues. Two-hundred of Canada’s special forces soldiers are on the ground in Iraq, bolstered by air force crews operating reconnaissance and refuelling aircraft. The mission was to have concluded by the end of the month.
