The same man was charged with the same offence last night after a trip across Barrie to a massage parlour. Then, just before midnight last night, police were called to the Mac’s Convenience Store Essa Road. The clerk said a man drank a container of apple juice, then announced he had no money to pay for it; that he grabbed a second container and drank it as he was leaving the store. Police found him outside the door. Charges include Transportation Fraud, Theft and Breach of Probation. he was held for a court appearance this morning.
