Charge Laid After Biker Injured In Alliston-Area Crash

Motorcyclist Sent To Hospital With Injured Arm, Leg

A motorcyclist is in hospital, and a car driver has been charged, after a crash near Alliston. OPP say a westbound car failed to stop at the intersection of County Road 56 and the 5th Sideroad just after 6:00 Tuesday evening, and collided with a northbound motorcycle. The 22-year-old Innisfil biker was taken to hospital with injuries to his arm and leg, while the 20-year-old Barrie man behind the wheel of the car was charged with Careless Driving.
