Charge Laid Following Weekend Crash Near Wyevale

An elderly Richmond Hill woman has been charged in connection to a crash that sent a biker to hospital. Emergency crews responded to the collision on County Road 6 at 8th Concession near Wyevale just before 11:00 Saturday morning, after which a 52-year-old motorcyclist was rushed to Toronto hospital in serious condition. After a thorough look at the scene, investigators say a vehicle pulled out into the path of the motorcycle, causing the bike to strike the passenger door. An 82-year-old woman has been charged with Failure to Yield to Traffic.
