Charlie’s thoughts on a new survey that reveals that most mom’s have a favourite kid!

Researchers from the University of California conducted a survey and found that three quarters of parents admit to liking one of their offspring more than the others. Researchers say it’s first-born who feel they get preferential treatment. Lead researcher from the University of California was ‘surprised’ at findings and so was I.
I have to admit, after reading this survey I thought about it. Do I like one son more than the other? The short answer, absolutely NOT.
I adore both my boys equally, I love them 100% the same. They are completely different kids and I wouldn’t change either one’s personality. They both equally challenge me, frustrate me in their own special way. There are days I feel more defeated by one than the other; but that’s who they are and I wouldn’t change that for the world.
Everyday I wake up and look at my little boys with such love. I watch them grow, learn, fail, cry, laugh and play! Each child is special and a blessing. My hope on this journey called motherhood is to raise them to be happy, healthy and full of life!
