Mean things come in small packages. The Police Service of Northern Ireland shared a Facebook post this week that has gone viral of a dangerous Chihuahua they named Nigel, who chose a life of crime over pats and treats.
Luckily the officers were feeling forgiving and decided to track down Nigel’s owner instead of putting him behind bars.
