Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the European leaders have signed Canada’s free trade deal the EU. The deal was reached after 7 years years of negotiation. Trudeau was expected to sign the deal several days ago… but opposition by the region of Wallonia nearly killed it. Supporters say it will boost trades by billions through cuts in tariffs in agriculture, pharmaceuticals and in the auto industry.
