Despite The Controversy, Roseanne Gets Two Emmy Nominations!
Why should the rest of the cast suffer?
Even though the comedy was Cancelled in May after a racist tweet by Roseanne it still got a nomination for outstanding multi-camera editing for a comedy series for the episode titled “Darlene V. David.” And Laurie Metcalf was the only cast member to get a nod for her role as Roseanne’s sister Jackie. The Emmy’s air on September 17th!
Still the best episode ever!
