Driver Charged After Vehicle Rear Ended in Alcona

An Innisfil teen is in hot water with the law after a crash in Alcona. South Simcoe Police say a vehicle was stopped, waiting to turn into a driveway, when it was rear ended by another car just before 3:00 Wednesday afternoon. The driver of the stopped car had minor injuries treated at hospital, while the 17-year-old driver of the other car was charged with careless Driving.
