Driver Charged With Threatening to Kill His Passenger In Midland
Tiny Township Man Charged
A driver is being accused of being hostile to his passenger. Midland Police have charged a Tiny Township resident after it says the 41-year-old man stopped the car he was driving, and tried to force his passenger out onto the side of the road on the outskirts of Midland last Sunday. Police say during the altercation, he threatened to kill the passenger. Assault and Uttering Death Threats charges laid here.
