Driving High Is No Safer Than Driving Drunk

With its Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere campaign getting under way this week, the OPP is determined to dispel the myth that driving while HIGH is undetectable to police and a safe alternative to driving drunk. Police say they investigated 65 road collisions last year where the cause was a drug impaired driver. So far this year they say the same factor is behind 59 crashes.
