DUI Charge Laid in Penetanguishene
Vehicle Spotted Swerving All Over The Road
Concerns over a swerving vehicle in Penetanguishene resulted in a DUI charge. Someone called the cops after this vehicle was spotted swerving along Lafontaine Road, around 1:00 Sunday morning. Police tracked down the suspect vehicle and say the driver was showing signs of intoxication. The 49-year-old Midland man was taken back to the station to be charged with Drunk Driving.
