Dwayne Johnson’s Daughter Simone Is Following In Dad’s Footsteps

She has signed with the WWE!

The Rock’s 18-year-old daughter Simone, just signed with the WWE.  This will make her the first fourth generation athlete to sign with the organization.

Simone announced the exciting news on, captioning her photo with a message of inspiration for young WWE fans who also want to wrestle.

“To the little girl who fell in love with wrestling and said ‘this will be my life one day’, this is for you,” writes Johnson. “I’m humbled, grateful and ready to work. Let’s do this.”

 

Simone began training part time at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando in 2018, and since graduating from high school she has put her full-time efforts into the sport.   The young wrestler admitted in a 2019 interview that one of her biggest fears is living up to her family’s legacy.

But dad was sure to post a message expressing his pride:

 

Simone’s father Dwayne Johnson won eight WWE championships during his time with the professional wrestling organization and headlined Wrestlemania.

Dwayne’s father “Rocky Johnson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008. And The Rock’s grandfather was also a wrestler.
