Fake Airline Tickets
If It Seems To Good To Be True....
An arrest has been made after a man purchased some fraudulent airline tickets. York Regional Police say a man shopping for a good deal on an overseas flight in September, was taken in by a scam artist when he purchased what he thought was the real deal. Police say the tickets seemed to be the real thing until the victim tried to board the plane. That’s when they were revealed as fakes. A 43 year old Toronto man has since been charged with Fraud under 5-thousand.
