Spacecraft Juno Transmits First Images of Jupiter, Moons

NASA has gotten some pictures that took over five years to snap. The spacecraft Juno sent back its first images since arriving at Jupiter. The image released yesterday shows Jupiter surrounded by three of its four largest moons, from about 3 million miles away, while close up shots won’t come til next month when Juno swings back around for another look. The craft entered orbit last week, after a five year journey to the gas giant.
