UPDATE: Fatal Crash in Oro Medonte
Passenger Pronounced Dead On Scene, Driver Charged
August 31st – The OPP have charged the 19-year-old driver involved in this crash with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Death, Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle Cause Death by Alcohol and Drug and Exceed 80mgs of Blood Alcohol Content Cause Death.
August 16th – A 19-year-old man is dead following a crash in Oro Medonte. The single vehicle collision happened just after 11:00 last night, on 13th Line near Highway 11. A nearby resident heard the crash, and called emergency crews from the scene. The passenger, 19-year-old Parker Pautsch of Oro-Medonte, was pronounced dead on scene, while the male driver was rushed to hospital. The roadway was closed for a few hours, since reopened, while the investigation continues.
