Father Charged After Infant Sent to Orillia Hospital
Child in Stable Condition
An infant is in hospital, while the father faces serious charges. The Orillia OPP were contacted by the Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions office about the assault of an infant. OPP investigation lead to the arrest of a 20-year-old man. He faces a charge each of Failing to Provide the Necessities of Life, and Aggravated Assault. The child is in stable condition.
