Nicole Knegt is the wife of someone I used to work with many years ago when I started in radio. It was a pleasure to speak with her today about being featured on the Jamie Oliver Food Tube channel’s Fresh Talent playlist.

Described by Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube channel as Canada’s queen of gluten-free baking, Nicole is hoping to work with Oliver’s company to create a dedicated gluten-free, allergy friendly cooking channel on Youtube.
