Ground Broken For New Housing Project In Springwater
Will merge homes and nature
Sod has been turned on a new subdivision in Springwater Township, in Centre Vespra just outside of Barrie. Work on the 600 homes is expected to begin this week – 200 have already been bought. The township and developer have been working together on this for several years to ensure the natural landscape is taken into account in the development. It will include trail connections and 62 acres of parkland.
