Guilty Plea In Death of Barrie Man Nearly 40 Years Ago

Case had gone 'cold' until 2012

A 59 year old Barrie man will be sentenced in August for the death of a man in 1978. Donald Feldhoff pleaded guilty Monday to Manslaughter in the death of Michael Traynor. Traynor’s body had been bound and left in a wooded-area in Springwater Township. The case had gone cold until Feldhoff turned himself in to police in 2012.
